Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides Turnstile abuse prevention. Resend processes email notifications sent to our agency. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, referring pages, approximate location, device and browser details, and identifiers stored in cookies. We do not send the information entered into our quote form to Google Analytics, and advertising-personalization features are disabled in our website configuration.

You can limit or remove analytics cookies through your browser settings. You can also prevent Google Analytics measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Retention and security

Initial website inquiries that do not lead to an insurance transaction are generally kept for no longer than two years. If an inquiry becomes part of a quote, application, policy, claim, or other insurance transaction, related records are retained for the period required or permitted by insurance and other laws. Washington property and casualty transaction records are generally retained for at least five years after completion. No internet service is completely secure, but we use technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the information.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, payment card details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through the website form. An agent can provide a more appropriate channel if such information is needed.
